Our terms and rules are very simple, which is probably because we are not familiar with the format of complicated, long, legal "Terms of Service" agreements. They are the following:
- Do not upload mature contents; we want to keep this service family-rated.
- Do not upload any offensive content; we want to keep this service comfortable for everybody.
- We reserve the right to refuse to host any video we consider inappropriate.
- We do not believe that copying is theft. We strongly support sharing of published works, but also, we want to keep this service legal. Therefore, we may have to remove some content if the copyright holders ask us to do so. If you are the copyright holder of a video hosted on TinyOgg, and if you feel that you must, please do the following to request that the video be taken down.
- Provide links to the violating video.
- Use a valid @yourname.com or @yourcompanyname.com email address.
- Include "[Copyright]" in the subject of the message so we can handle it.
- We reserve the right to change these terms at any time for any reason.
